**Job Description and Qualifications**
- The Jazan IGCC is the world’s largest IGCC and ASU facility producing 2100 MMSCFD syngas, 18,000 MT/Day Oxygen and 4 Gigawatts of power. Facilities and assets include residue gasification, acid gas clean up (Rectisol), soot ash recovery, Sulphur recovery (Claus & Scot), combined cycle power plants, materials handling systems, hydrogen recovery, air separation, water utilities systems and wastewater treatment facilities.

- Requirements of the Role:

- As an Expeditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials, goods, and information throughout our organization's supply chain. You will be responsible for monitoring and expediting orders, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating with various internal departments to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting the timely execution of projects and customer orders.
- Work Scope to be delivered:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination, expediting, or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Problem-solving ability to address supply chain challenges and find effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.**Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Order Monitoring**:Track and monitor purchase orders, production orders, and shipments to ensure they are processed, shipped, and delivered on time as per agreed-upon schedules.
- **2. Expedite Orders**:Identify potential delays in the supply chain and take necessary actions to expedite orders to meet production and delivery timelines.
- **3. Vendor Coordination**:Collaborate with suppliers to obtain order status updates, resolve shipment discrepancies, and facilitate the timely delivery of materials and components.
- **4. Inventory Management**:Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to prevent stockouts or excess inventory. Work closely with the inventory control team to optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts.
- **5. Communication**:Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues affecting the supply chain.
- **6. Problem Resolution**:Identify supply chain disruptions or issues that may impact production schedules and work with relevant teams to address and resolve them promptly.
- **7. Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order status, shipment details, and any relevant documentation related to the supply chain.
- **8. Quality Control**:Ensure that all incoming materials and goods meet quality standards and specifications. Report any quality issues to the appropriate teams for investigation and resolution.
