Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **IT engineer **to join our team

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Investigates user problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions; test and implements solutions
- Research and analysis of trends in team member Helpdesk tickets submitted
- Assists with network and PC preventive maintenance logging efforts and company antivirus to ensure data integrity

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Associates for Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 5+ years working in a technical operating capacity is preferred, or 3-5 years of working experience in a technical capacity.
- Experience focusing on user software test/evaluation/operational methodology in a networked environment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with users on-site and remotely.
- Good computer system skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues to diagnose and resolve before escalation.
