**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop a comprehensive recruitment plan ensuring alignment of all business requirements to promote achievement of AIR PRODUCTS’s business strategy.
- Provide administrative support for Regional TA Contingent Workforce Manager on outsource staffing requirements for KSA and ME region.
- Liaise with the relevant Talent Acquisition Specialist / Hiring Managers to obtain Talent Requisition Form and Job Description of vacant positions to initiate the recruitment process.
- Review incoming job requisitions to ensure completeness and appropriateness of the information provided, schedule intake call with hiring manager (if required) and TA team for better understanding of the role requirement.
- Liaise with appropriate vendor and TA Specialist to support the sourcing of relevant CVs for the role to be submitted to the hiring manager.
- Facilitate the recruitment and selection process of AIR PRODUCTS on a need basis to support timely hiring process as per set quality standards.
- Organizes and manages recruitment campaigns (Local & Overseas). Identifies objectives with the concerned department; liaison with employment agencies representatives; administrative arrangements and preparation of required recruitment packages and materials.
- Coordinate and manage the Commercial Cost Proposals received from vendors, prepare costing summary and secure approvals from the Project leads.
- Assess and recommend assigning the appropriate vendor for the mobilization of contractor based on Cost, Mobilization timeline, prior experience etc.
- Manage mobilization process by liaising with the vendors and contractors to ensure the earliest joining of the new hire and with the assigned ETA.
- Manage the contractors' grievances and issues, address it with the vendors to resolve it in timely manner.
- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
- Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors provide the best talent with competitive (Daily and Monthly) rates.
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any service-related concerns.
- Prepare weekly reports, using applicant tracking systems, communicates the recruitment status updated to all Departmental Managers / Section Heads on weekly basis.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

- Crisis Management and Safety Communication utilizing internal functional standards

- Creation and management assignments
- On & off boarding (including the management of End of Service Benefits - EOSB process), Assets recovery and Clearance in collaboration with Project site and AP HR team.
- Expense monitoring and tracking
- Timecard submittal / approval - via AP time tracking system (HRMS System will be implemented)
- Contract extensions
- Facilitation of any supplier and / or contractor queries
- Vendor evaluation and assessment
- Monitor and raise claims, disputes, compliance issues, negotiate and approve offers, raise requisitions, and create reports
**SKILLS**:
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to details.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent spoken, written English, Arabic will be advantage.
- Strong Communication, interpersonal, Planning and organizing skills
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Total 5-8 years of experience in the relevant HR field, preferably working experience on managing Vendors, staffing agencies.
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork are necessary.
- Be adaptable and flexible and possess sound time management and organization skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations preferred.
- CIPD, PHR/SPHR certification will be advantage.
