We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to join our team. The Senior UI Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across various digital platforms. They will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop high-quality visual designs from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and evaluate feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

**What you'll need to **succeed**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design) or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
