**Job Role**:
Wholly Hearty is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper + Admin to join our dynamic team in our Dammam office. This dual role is essential to the smooth operation of our business, involving maintaining financial records, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. If you have strong organizational and accounting skills, with the ability to manage both bookkeeping duties and administrative functions, we’d love to have you on board
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping Duties**:
- **Maintain Financial Records**: Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite).
- **Reconcile Accounts**: Ensure accuracy of bank and credit card statements by reconciling monthly financial accounts.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**: Process and track payments, invoices, and receipts.
- **Tax Filing Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other tax filings as required.
- **Audit Support**: Provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
**Administrative Duties**:
- **Office Administration**: Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain company records, files, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- **Support to Other Departments**: Provide administrative support to various departments (e.g., HR, Operations) as needed.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in various systems.
- **Office Communication**: Handle internal and external communication to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Experience with general administrative duties.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, VAT regulations, and financial reporting.
- **Language Skills**:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Arabic language skills are mandatory.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to work with accuracy and precision in handling financial data and administrative tasks.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels of staff and external parties.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to analyze issues and provide solutions proactively.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company financial information and employee records.
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Book Keeping / Admin: 2 years (preferred)

- Arabic (required)
- English (required)
