At AESG we are looking for a Fire Protection Engineer to join our Fire & Life Safety team and work alongside our other specialist disciplines based in our Riyadh office.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Fire Protection Engineer seeking a leading role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead tasks on projects and shall report to seniors and associates
- Successful delivery of projects to a high standard
- Maintain high quality of all deliverables with efficient time delivery
- Act as main point of contact for efficient project delivery
- Fire Protection Design, Drawing review, inspection and preparation of drawing and reviews for authority submission and approval
- Fire Protection reports writing
- Produce accurate and timely submittals to agreed deadlines
- Prepare and issuance of final Fire Protection and FLS Strategy reports and studies when assigned by seniors and associates
- Lead the continues development of Fire Protection and FLS design deliverables
- Act as PM for FLS and multidisciplinary projects as per AESG project management standards
- Meet the time-line set for the generation of all designs, reports and related submission tasks such as client meetings and workshops
- Keep traceability and version control for all generated design and technical submittal
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects
- Actively pursue continued professional development through the completion of training modules
- Engaging in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs
- Conducting all FLS activities in a quality, healthy and safe manner and reporting any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel
- Motivated and Self-driven (Entrepreneurial Outlook)
- Committed to Technical Excellence
- Good relationship builders (internal and external)

**Must have/be**:

- A BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire Safety/Protection or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years experience practicing fire protection engineering / consultancy
- Fire Safety Strategies to ensure early approval from authorities
- Membership to CFPS
- Sound technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors
- A thorough understanding of Building Services Engineering
- Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required, within time and budget
