**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
:
- Perform field troubleshooting of control systems and instrumentation to identify and resolve issues efficiently.- Analyze P&IDs to diagnose and address C&I issues, ensuring accurate and effective solutions.- Develop, implement, and maintain control strategies to optimize process performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of C&I systems.- Conduct root cause analysis of control system failures and implement corrective actions.- Design and modify control systems to meet operational requirements and improve system reliability.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for control systems and instrumentation.- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.- Participate in the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs for control systems and instrumentation.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in control systems and instrumentation technologies and recommend improvements.
**Qualifications**
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.- Extensive experience in field troubleshooting and identifying C&I issues at a P&ID level.- Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs and other technical drawings.- Experience with PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, and related software.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for control systems and instrumentation.- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.- Experience in Industrial gases.- Knowledge of advanced control strategies and techniques.
