**Job Title: Product Analyst/ Business Analyst**

**Responsibilities**
- Gather and analyze business requirements and derive technical and non-technical requirements
- Document and capture ideas and use cases in an easy-to-understand manner
- Create project proposals and initiatives
- Capture extremely accurate Minutes of Meetings and action items and follow up on the implementation and report to the top management
- Undergo benchmarking exercises and competitive analysis
- Develop SMART Objectives, SWOT analysis, and KPIs wherever and whenever applicable.
- Undergo gap analysis for any given project with respect to a project state
- Work with managers and engineers to produce and maintain high-quality documentation
- Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in an easy-to-visualize way
- Develop business processes and map them to digital transformation initiatives
- Create business requirements and define user stories for use by Scrum teams
- Monitor adherence of scrum teams to completion of user stories and product acceptance of created solutions
- Analyze results of development progress and report on customer acceptance
- Ensuring that the team engagement mechanisms and processes remain aligned as the product development strategies evolve across the stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Strong managerial and leadership skills, able to motivate and lead personal development plans for employees as well as driving change and handling difficult and complex technical requirements for a large program of deliverables
- Demonstrable experience in defining and implementing comprehensive product strategies for complex IT projects working in Agile environments, with a heavy emphasis on user stories and acceptance criteria through to production deployment, also with a focus on non-functional requirements
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English
- 3+ years’ experience in a senior/lead Product Analyst role in an online industry
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any related academic field.
- English Language (written and spoken).

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
