PowerBI Associate

We are currently looking for a PowerBi specialist who can join immediately on **project basis for 10 months **and comewith 4-6 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.

**Requirements**:
Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.

Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for dashboards, datasets, and reporting processes.

Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and dashboards.

Data Security: Implement and enforce data security standards, row-level security, and governance practices in Power BI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.

Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Report Builder).

Strong expertise in data visualization best practices and creating intuitive dashboards.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
