Eyelash Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Technician to join our team. As an Eyelash Technician, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in eyelash extensions and contribute to creating stunning looks for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine their desired eyelash look and recommend suitable extension styles
- Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to maintain the longevity of their eyelash extensions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment area and equipment
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in eyelash extensions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable client experience
- Adhere to salon policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Technician, with a portfolio of past work
- Certification or training in eyelash extensions
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism
- Passion for the beauty industry and dedication to staying updated on industry trends and techniques
