The Product Owner role at our startup is crucial for aligning our product offerings with the market trends, customer needs, and our business goals. You will be a tech-savvy leader with a profound understanding of the technical and business aspects of product development. Your primary responsibility is to strategize, implement, and execute product features that resonate with customer expectations and drive competitive advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**- Define and prioritize the product backlog in a manner that aligns with market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.-
- Liaise with Business Analysts to derive actionable insights from market data and customer feedback.-
- Facilitate A/B testing to validate hypotheses for feature improvements and user experience enhancements.-
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business Analysis teams to streamline product development.-
- Employ Agile practices, utilizing tools like JIRA, to manage product development milestones and deliverables effectively.-
- Champion the voice of the users within the organization, ensuring their needs translate into product features.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.-
- 4-8 years of solid experience as a Product Owner, with a significant track record in a startup environment.-
- Proficient understanding of current technologies such as.NET, SQL, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js), and Python.-
- Knowledgeable in mobile development, including native (Swift, Kotlin) and hybrid (e.g., Flutter) platforms.-
- Expertise in web development technologies and frameworks, coupled with a robust grasp of HTML and CSS.-
- Demonstrated proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in JIRA.-
- Proven ability to comprehend complex technical issues and lead problem-solving efforts with engineering teams.-
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.-
- Well-versed in MS Office Suite, Azure services, and project management tools.**Preferred Skills**- Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and changing market conditions.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.-
- Business acumen to liaise effectively with the Business Analyst and align product development with strategic business objectives.-
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.-
- Outstanding communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.**Reporting Line**

The Product Owner will report to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with the Business Analyst, ensuring a cohesive strategy and execution plan is in place.
