About the Team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Service and moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work with algorithm and product teams to define the automation modeling goals and set the labelling process globally and coordinate with customer service and vendor management teams;
2. Set quality measurement and work with vendors to ensure quality targets are met by providing training programs and quality related refreshers;
3. Manage the multi-language labeling teams and act as the main point of contact for quality assurance and process flow maintenance;
4. Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements for labeling procedures, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality improvement;
5. Report, analyse, and provide insights on the labeling outcomes, and feedback to algorithm and product teams to drive improvement on the modelling upgrade.
**Qualifications**:
1. BA or above degrees or equivalent experience;
2. 3+ years' related working experience in an E-commerce company, having a good understanding of the automation labelling management flow;
3. Good ability of data analysis, and good at finding the issues from the data, and using data to drive improvement;
4. Strong ownership, communication in handling the project;
5. Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skills;
6. Self-motivation to continuously achieve significant results;
7. Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
