Eram Talent is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Rig Clerk to join our client's team in the Oil & Energy industry. The Rig Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various operational tasks on the rig site. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining drilling reports, logs, and documentation;
- Manage the inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies;
- Coordinate and track the shipment and delivery of materials and equipment;
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of rig operations and activities;
- Assist with payroll and personnel administration;
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operations;
- Provide general administrative support to the rig crew;
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Rig Clerk or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of rig operations and terminology is a plus.
