Project Engineer

**How you’ll make an impact?**
- Support the Project Manager in the daily project’s activities.
- Acting on behalf of the Project Manager as required.
- Managing the execution team of different disciplines towards project completion.
- Active role in executing the project in accordance with the applicable project management standards and customer requirements with end-to-end responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule, and EHS.
- Along with other team members the definition and management of schedules, budget, risk, change control, opportunity, and resource management.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with the respective quality management systems and NPS.
**What you bring?**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university.
- At least 5+ years of experience in working with electrical HV substations and SVC projects.
- PMI or IPMA certification is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English.
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations.
- Good leadership and stakeholders’ management skills.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
