**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Experience Solutions Architecture**:

- Design and architect innovative Customer Experience solutions for the Giga-Project.
- Leverage skills in **Sitecore, Kentico, Wordpress, Ticketing Platforms, and Event Management.**

**Soft Skills and Stakeholder Interaction**:

- Demonstrate exceptional soft skills, being customer-facing and a great communicator.
- Utilize intercultural knowledge, taking ownership, and presenting ideas effectively.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Possess expertise in Customer Experience technologies, including Sitecore, Kentico, Wordpress, Ticketing Platforms, and Event Management.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective implementation of architectural designs.

**Ownership and Accountability**:

- Take ownership of end-to-end architectural processes, ensuring alignment with Customer Experience goals.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

**Emotional Intelligence**:

- Demonstrate emotional intelligence in understanding and addressing the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on Customer Experience solutions.
- Proficiency in Customer Experience technologies, including Sitecore, Kentico, Wordpress, Ticketing Platforms, and Event Management.
- Strong soft skills, including customer-facing abilities, exceptional communication, intercultural knowledge, taking ownership, and emotional intelligence.
