**Qualifications**:
خبرة لا تقل عن ١-٣ سنوات في التوظيف "مشاريع ضخمة / توظيف اعداد ضخمة".
الإلمام بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وقواعد بيانات السير الذاتية والشبكات المهنية.
خبرة في العمل مع السوق السعودي.
خبرة في المتابعات حتى انضمام المرشح.
قوي في التوريد والمعرفة التكنولوجية / الوعي.
سجل حافل من تحقيق أهداف التوظيف الشهرية وتكوين علاقات إيجابية مع مديري التوظيف / اللجان الفنية.
قادر بشكل مستقل على التعامل مع احتياجات العمل خلال أيام الأسبوع / عطلة نهاية الأسبوع.
الحد الأدنى للعمل ٢٨ ساعة على الأقل في الأسبوع.
مهارات تنظيمية وشخصية قوية.
مهارات تواصل خطية وشفويه ممتازة.
شعور قوي بالالتزام والمسؤولية.
Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience "Giga Projects/ Massive Hiring numbers".
Familiarity with Social Media, Resume Databases, and Professional Networks.
Experience working with the Saudi market.
Strong at sourcing and technology knowledge/awareness.
Proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers/technical panels.
Independently able to handle weekday/weekend virtual business needs.
Minimum availability at least 28 hours per week.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
