AtkinsRéalis is looking for an experienced Project Specialist with Graphics experience for the KSA location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains project database by entering and backing up data.
- Contributes to teams’ effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Follow the day-to-day activities related to own jobs to ensure continuity of work.
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner.
- Follow up on data collection activities to ensure continuous update of KPIs dashboard.
- Compose ad-hoc reports in case severe project-related issues occur.
- Update the processes and procedures manuals and portal to support in managing and following-up projects follow all relevant project delivery division policies, processes, and standard operating procedures so that work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Support the project delivery team members in efficient reporting of different data.
- Document all processes and procedures documents and being top of version control.
- Organize all the required documents and records.
- Update Development Sector Organizational Structure as needed.
- Create informative reports, presentations, and executive summary.
- Develop templates, forms, flowcharts, guidelines in alignment with the approved management manuals.

- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the functional systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
