In-house Trainer

**IN-HOUSE TRAINER & LEAD THERAPIST (Skin Care & Body Care)**

**AL KHOBAR** - Saudi Arabia (KSA)

**Starting Date**: A.S.A.P / Visa Pending

**Reports to**: Spa OPS Manager

**Contract Period**: 2 Years (with annual leave)

**SUMMARY OF THE JOB**:

- You will be in a senior position at a new spa based in Al Khobar.
- The spa offers one-of-a-kind treatments and professional skincare.
- The lead therapist will be performing treatments, be the company representative and offer in-house training to staff.
- You will report to the Operational Spa Manager and assist where necessary (administration, etc.)
- You will mainly be doing, facials, and body treatments and assisting the team in building the protocols.

**TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS**:

- Monday - Saturday
- 8-hour standard shift per day
- 1 day off per week
- 21 days annual paid leave (after 1 year completed service)

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT**:

- Internationally accredited qualification in Somatology / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Spa Therapy
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / BABTAC or similar accredited
- BONUS - Dermal Aesthetic or B-Tech Degree Somatology
- BONUS - Train the trainer certified
- BONUS - Product trainer / educator / lecturer experience
- Confident command of the English Language
- Cruise Ship or other international employment experience beneficial
- a MINIMUM of 5 years industry experience of which at least 1 year must be in a supervisory role as assistant manager or Head Therapist
- Exceptionally groomed and highly presentable
- Knowledge of all trending spa services

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Aesthetic Treatments (Derma Pen, Microdermabrasion, Peeling Facials, Electrical Facials, RF)
- Beauty Therapy Specialist (Facials, Skin Care & Beauty)
- Body Sculpting (Slimming, Body Wraps, Cavitation etc.)
- Massage Therapy (Deep Tissue, Lymph Drainage etc.)
- Nail technician or knowledge of nails
