_** Hiring for Saudi Nationals in Al Khobar**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**OPENING**:

- Prepare reception desk for daily service.
- Review and confirm all daily reservations.
- Compile effective seating plan according to daily reservations and communicate this to front and back of house team.
- Communicate important information regarding reservations to Management staff. **Read the hostess logbook and act accordingly.**

**SERVICE**
- Welcoming guests and confirm reservation details.
- Escort the guests to the assigned tables according to their reservation details and per availability.
- Effectively maintain and operate reservations system throughout service to ensure overall smooth operation.
- Monitor the floor operation all through the service to ensure you have accurate information about table turnover.
- Ensure and maintain correct telephone etiquette throughout the daily service.
- Communicate important information about the reservation to the assigned server. (Name of guests, birthdays, and allergies)
- Collect all relative information from the front-of-house team regarding guests for data capture throughout the day.

**CLOSING**
- Clean and organize desk for next shift.
- Maintain accurate and detailed information in the logbook for effective handover to the next shift. (including lost and found)

**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
