**Position Overview**: Persistence Recruitment on behalf of Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Fresh Graduate in Pre-Sales. Jawraa specializes in providing innovative technology services to enhance the telecommunications and digital services landscape in Saudi Arabia. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional customer experiences, Jawraa is at the forefront of revolutionizing the industry.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of Jawraa's products and services, including their features, functionalities, and benefits.

2. **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape in the telecommunications and digital services industry.

4. **Proposal Development**: Support the Pre-Sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials to showcase Jawraa's solutions to prospective clients.

5. **Customer Engagement**: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives, and present tailored solutions to address their needs.

6. **Demo Preparation**: Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and functionalities.

7. **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, internal stakeholders, and partners to facilitate successful sales engagements.

8. **Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

9. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on strategies, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

10.**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings to enhance knowledge and performance.

**Requirements**:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Strong academic record with a minimum GPA

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

5. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
