The Role
As the Head of Infrastructure for KSA you will be overseeing multiple projects, your responsibilities would be focused on managing and coordinating infrastructure projects across the country. Here are some key aspects of your role: Project Management: - You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring infrastructure projects in KSA. This includes defining project scope, creating project plans, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion within budget. Stakeholder Management: - You will engage with various stakeholders such as government authorities, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment, obtain necessary permits, and address any regulatory requirements. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders will be crucial for successful project delivery. Infrastructure Development: - You will oversee the development of physical infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, airports, ports, utilities, and public transportation systems. Additionally, you may also be involved in the development of digital infrastructure, including telecommunications networks, data centers, and smart city initiatives. Budgeting and Financial Management: - As the head of infrastructure, you will be responsible for budgeting and financial management for all infrastructure projects. This involves cost estimation, budget allocation, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Risk Management: - You will identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with infrastructure projects. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Team Leadership: - You will lead a team of infrastructure professionals, including project managers, engineers, architects, and support staff. Your role will involve providing guidance, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Technology and Innovation: Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends is crucial for optimizing infrastructure projects. You may need to evaluate new technologies, assess their potential impact, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure development in KSA. - Remember, as the Head of Infrastructure, your ultimate goal is to ensure the successful implementation of infrastructure projects, contributing to the growth and development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**Requirements**:

- + 15 years experience with hands on experience in project management on large infrastructure projects. - Main contracting experience is a MUST - Middle East experience would be advantageous Qualifications: - Degree in civil engineering
