**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Quality Assessment**: Evaluating the quality of data through rigorous analysis and validation. This involves checking for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of data.
- **Design and Implementation of Data Quality Solutions**: Developing and implementing systems and processes to improve and maintain data quality. This includes creating data quality rules and metrics to monitor and measure data quality.
- **Data Cleaning and Transformation**: Identifying and rectifying data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing values. This may involve cleaning, transforming, and standardizing data.
- **Collaboration with Data Teams**: Working closely with data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to ensure data quality throughout the data lifecycle. This includes providing support in data modeling, database design, and data integration projects.
- **Data Governance and Compliance**: Enforcing data governance policies and ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
- **Data Quality Reporting and Documentation**: Preparing detailed reports on data quality and documenting the processes and methodologies used in data quality management.
- **Tool and Technology Expertise**: Proficient in using data quality tools and technologies, such as SQL, ETL tools, and data profiling tools. Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in data quality.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**: Identifying root causes of data quality issues and developing effective solutions. Strong analytical skills are essential for analyzing data and identifying patterns and trends.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continually seeking ways to improve data quality processes and procedures, based on feedback and evolving business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Data Analysis or Data Engineering field.
- 1-3 years of experience in maintaining and managing high volume of Data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Passion for travel and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
