E-commerce Specialist

The role of the **E-Commerce Specialist** will be supporting the growth and development across all the online sales channels that contribute to the company. The primary goal is to optimize product listing, drive sales, enhance brand visibility, develop ecommerce solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience across the Al Rugaib online platforms. The E-Commerce department’s plays a vital role in strengthening the online presence of the company and adding value to deliver the company’s end business goals through online solutions.
- Manage product data consistency & maintain digital assets through systems.
- Report and analyze customer behavior, sales KPIs and website performance on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with marketing & merchandising teams to ensure that the right products and collections are being promoted across all platforms.
- Optimize content utilizing keywords, best practices and phrases to enhance SEO and following up with results.
- Ensure platforms are regularly updated with latest products, collections, offers and campaigns.
- Manage daily operations of the company’s websites including product updates, UI/UX, content creation, landing page creation and development.
- Implement website developments to improve customers experience pre & post purchase.
- Stay updated with competition, ecommerce trends and best practices to adapt strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to report insights & support decision making
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Experienced in using ecommerce CMS such as Shopify & Magento
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel to manage, clean and manipulate and report data
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration
