m2r Education have ESL Teacher roles in Saudi Arabia with **FACE TO FACE interviews in South Africa**

You will teach English to new employees of one of the largest companies in the world, as part of their foundation year programme.
- A Bachelor’s degree in English / Linguistics or a Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialisation in TESOL / Linguistics
- A minimum of 2 yrs full time teaching experience
- High level of instructional technology skills
- Pastoral and student advising experience

Interviews are in South Africa You MUST be able to attend, no online interviews will be conducted.

During the selection process, you will be required to demonstrate the following:

- Evidence of dynamic and innovative teaching practice.
- Knowledge & ability to demonstrate an understanding of course structures, lesson planning, along with different learning styles and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
