As a Budget Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping organizations manage their financial resources effectively. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop budgets, monitor spending, and provide financial analysis and recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and analyze annual budgets in collaboration with department managers and executives.
- Monitor spending and identify areas of improvement or potential cost savings.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for management review.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
- Assist in the development of budgeting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Provide support and guidance to department managers regarding budget management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualifications:

- University degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Minimum Experience:

- 5 years’ Engineering Services operational experience with a major utilities’ organisation.
- Some prior budgeting experiences.
- Experience of defining plant preventative maintenance schedules.
- Prior experience in the use of SAP to plan Operation & maintenance activities.
- Strong in Planning & coordination.
- Very good knowledge & experience in Water & Power.
