The Role
**Requirements**:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from a recognized law school. - Admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction; experience in corporate law is essential. - Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably within a leading law firm or corporate legal department. - Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian corporate law and regulations, with experience in cross-border transactions being highly desirable. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical legal solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
