- Job Purpose
- Provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Work is performed under limited general supervision and requires incumbents to exercise independence and discretion - The role may also provide secretarial services to one or more individuals
- Job Description
- Researches a wide variety of information requests independently - Prepares and analyzes trends and reports, drawing data from a variety of sources within and outside the department - Routes or answers routine correspondence not requiring supervisor’s attention - Assists in the formulation of the department budget, business planning, and related planning functions - Has regular contact with customers, partners, suppliers or employees outside the immediate work area - May proceed logistics/ travel arrangements and solve related issues, providing assistance and guidance to employees - May assist in selection of potential new recruits - May train and manage a small group of less senior employees and oversees the quality of their work
- You are meant for this job if:

- Professional diploma in the discipline with a minimum 4 years of experience or 6 years of practical administrative experience - Fluent in English
