**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Desktop and Server Management**:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops and servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- **Network Infrastructure**:

- Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Manage switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
- **Audiovisual Systems**:

- Oversee the installation and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
- **Database Management**:

- Support and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- **Time and Attendance Systems**:

- Manage and troubleshoot time and attendance systems to support workforce management.
- **CCTV and Security Systems**:

- Install and maintain CCTV systems and other security electronics.
- **Application Support**:

- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Generate reports on system performance and incidents.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other IT staff and departments to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users as necessary.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems and network engineering.
- Proven expertise in managing and maintaining desktops, servers, networks, and security systems.

**Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours as needed.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
