**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, tailored to the real estate industry, including social media posts, website banners, property advertisements, brochures, floor plans, and presentations.
- Develop project advertising kits that effectively showcase and promote our properties and services to clients and potential tenants.
- Utilize AutoCad and Illustrator to create precise and detailed design layouts, technical drawings, and illustrations as required for property floor plans, renovations, and space utilization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging content strategies for various campaigns, focusing on real estate marketing and property promotion.
- Produce high-quality media posts, including images, videos, and animations, to support social media and digital marketing initiatives, highlighting our properties, amenities, and leasing opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to generate compelling, accurate, and informative content across different channels, such as property listings, blogs, articles, website copy, and press releases.
- Ensure all designs and content adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity for the company and its properties.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and content marketing best practices in the real estate sector to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including property managers, leasing agents, and marketing, to gather relevant information and ensure alignment on design and content objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress and challenges effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience (X years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate industry or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects tailored specifically to the real estate industry, such as property advertisements, floor plans, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating project advertising kits and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Illustrator, with a focus on real estate properties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to effectively market and promote real estate properties.
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles and experience in content creation for digital platforms, with a specific focus on real estate marketing.
- Ability to generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts while adhering to brand guidelines and effectively showcasing real estate properties.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced real estate environment.
- A self-motivated and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and coordinate with various stakeholders in the real estate industry.
