Senior Plumber

Under direction, provides leadership and directs, assigns, reviews and performs skilled plumbing work in the construction, repair and maintenance of Hospital & Residential facilities. Performs related tasks as required.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Delegates work to all plumbers assigned by the supervisor. Prepares work reports/records and submit it to his immediate supervisor.

2. Assists in ordering and maintaining materials and supplies; estimates cost of work request and charge materials time and equipment to proper accounts.

3. Installs piping systems as required, organizes and assists with all related cutting bending and threading of pipes. Fits valves and coupling and joins pipe sections.

4. Installs plumbing fixtures, organizes and assists in connection to related systems.

5. Organizes, assists with all plumbing maintenance and Instructs assigned personnel about appropriate procedures and usage of tools.

6. Keeps a daily log of activities and presents a weekly summary of work progress and upon completion.

7. Inspects and tests at completed work to ensure gas or water tightness.

8. Position may require rotation on various shifts to maintain 24-hours coverage

9. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.

**Education**:
B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering. OR Technical Diploma in related field Is required.

**Experience Required**:
Three (3) years of related experience with B.S Degree is required.

Six (6) years of related experience with Technical Diploma.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Driver's License - A driver's license from country of origin is necessary to obtain a Saudi Driver's License.
