As a Senior Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of this iconic project, collaborating with our esteemed client and acting as the vital conduit between leadership and stakeholders of the Infrastructure Construction Supervision team.

With delegated authority from the Regional Construction Director, you will be the driving force behind ensuring seamless delivery of the agreed scope of services, adhering to contractual conditions and industry best practices. Your role will be pivotal in leading a culture of collaboration, setting the standard for a delivery-oriented project culture that encourages innovation and excellence.

Operating from the Site Construction Project office on the outskirts of Riyadh, you will not only deliver an existing Construction Supervision scope of work but also engage in the development of new opportunities, working closely with external and internal client stakeholders. Your responsibilities will span a wide array of critical tasks, from collaborating with the client's team to establishing the Construction Supervision Team working standards to ensuring compliance with the Project Execution Plan for effective project delivery.

As a true leader, you will direct the project team, ensuring that deliverables are submitted on schedule and meet client expectations and project objectives. You will administer the Jacobs contract on-site, providing guidance to the team on contractual matters, and lead reporting efforts, allowing Resident Engineers and Engineers to focus on delivery.

Your expertise will be invaluable in sorting through design interpretation and escalating issues to the Engineer of Record for resolution. You will take guidance from Jacobs' Regional HSE and Quality Management teams, creating supervision oversight to ensure that progress is never compromised at the expense of Safety or Quality. Additionally, you will provide oversight in coordination with contractors, site teams, and clients to close out any quality or safety issues in a timely fashion and establish regular design meetings to avoid progress delays and identify potential issues requiring Engineer of Record input.

**Here’s what you’ll need**:
As a seasoned professional, you possess a wealth of experience in leading infrastructure-related projects, covering both design and delivery of assets such as roads, highways, utilities, and water, with district cooling experience being a valuable asset. Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, or a Management-related field, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Experience in project delivery within the Middle East is a requirement, and your understanding of how consultancy services operate in Infrastructure Construction Supervision will be instrumental in your success. With your exceptional leadership abilities, communication skills, and strategic thinking, you will thrive in this dynamic role, shaping the future of infrastructure and leaving an indelible mark on the skyline of Saudi Arabia.
