Your Opportunity
The purpose of the project under this contract is to provide consulting and management support to a Ministry in KSA with the necessary tools to manage and maintain assets and facilities, through improving activities to meet service requirements, developing business strategies that ensure reducing costs of the life cycle of assets, and improving practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. It includes but not limited to long-term management of assets, facilities, resources, and services to improve performance, reduce costs and manage the life cycle. In brief, the scope is for the provision of consulting, technical, management and administrative support for facilities and asset management works.
The Senior QA & QC Inspector report into the to Quality Management Inspections Manager and will be based in Riyadh.

Key Accountabilities Conduct the day-to-day inspection activities at the project sites Prepare inspection reports Issue NCRs, observations and proactive notifications based on the results of their surveillance inspection visits Review site test reports including Enforce implementation of the Quality plan, Procedures and Technical work instructions Drive improvement based on the lessons learned and best practices Inspect the implementation of the processes and procedures at project sites Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and guidelines in Projects Educate the O&M contractors on the technical compliance to the quality requirements. Proactively engaged in the O&M activities to assist in resolving and overcoming technical quality issues. Plan regular site surveillance visits and walkthroughs to maintain intensity of the site construction compliance to the Quality requirements. Perform any other tasks as required by the Quality Management Inspections Manager.

Specific Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is preferable Good time management and organisational skills. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Ability to develop self and contribute to the development of others across the Team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Experience in quality services and studies. Experience in managing and inspecting quality Public Sector Experience Minimum 7 years’ Experience
