**Job Summary**:
Raytheon Saudi Arabia Program Office needs an in-country Admin Anlyst, supporting Land Warfare and Air Defense programs. This specific role is focused on administration support of a large, diverse population of technical personnel, comprised of a multitude of nationalities. These personnel in contracts with work with the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) which requires compliance with contractual requirements. The job of the administrator is to ensure the documentation is correct, complete and complies with the contract. Duties will include traveling to the customer site in Jeddah from the Office site which is also located in Jeddah, good customer interface, proper etiquette and protocols must be followed with the military customer. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.

**Responsibilities to Anticipate**:

- Represent the Operation Unit on administrative matters and act as a liaison agent.
- Process End of Assignment and resignation requests in a timely manner, The current employees contract extension, and business trips through the RSADF.
- Follow - up and monitor the arrival / leaver certified employees and draft the report monthly.
- Accurately update the Arabic & English employees report for certified employees monthly.
- Promptly inform the customer for the first working date for the new arrivals and for the last working date for the departures.
- Precisely calculate the man/month hours for the entire contract and develop a monthly detailed report.
- Process the required reports to RSADF as per schedule.
- Process startup/closing of contracts.
- Performs other duties as required.

**Qualifications You Must Have**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience being a direct contact with senior military personnel as well as contractors and a demonstrated understanding of proper contracting procedures and relationships.
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration.
- Must be knowledgeable in administration.
- Must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skills

- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
