Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Design Quality Assurance Engineer **to join our team

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Responsibility for Parsons’s quality management for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and with other delivery partners. QIC is providing strategic direction for quality, while this position is accountable for management and implementation of all quality to QIC requirements. Reporting directly to the QIP XDS Assurance Director.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides Quality Systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and reporting and Quality Systems training. Interfacing at senior and executive levels with regard to ISO 9000 process improvement and reengineering.
- Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the quality program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
- Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.
- Responsible for oversight of all quality among assigned project or function.
- Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated quality with all key stakeholders, including authorising authorities and any/all interested parties.
- Reports quality issues to the QIP Senior Quality Manager and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
- Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
- Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
- Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
- Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
Degree in a related field (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of related experience in quality management in complex environments and project settings.

**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**:

- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
- Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment, under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- Integrity, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information
- High-level understanding and appreciation of quality in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, preferably within KSA.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Excellent organization and follow through abilities.
- Excellent business judgment.
