Applicant must Master both Arabic and English language,
- Payment of salaries, allowances, travel claims and other payments to experts and consultants, vendors and other claimants;
- Maintain cash books, including control of disbursements and balancing of books and ledgers;
- Prepare financial data for budget estimates and financial planning;
- Control of petty cash statement, replenishments of funds and adjustment & reconciliation
- Draft budgets and budget revisions as required and prepare cash flow statements
- Maintain financial working files and records;
- Verify the existence of the appropriate supporting documents;
- Ensure the timely submission of year-end inventory of non-expandable property (in collaboration with the Procurement Officer for PERSGA and the projects);
- Reconciliation of accounts between ledger books and bank accounts
- Ensure that data entered into the FMIS is cross verified with other data;
- Verify and certify that travel claims has been authorized, and are correctly completed and all items claimed attachments are valid audit documents; Ensure that computations are done correctly;
- Generate financial and expenditure statement reports and submit to the Secretary General on quarterly basis.
- Fully cooperate and provide assistance to PERSGA’s external auditors to enable them carry out the annual audit of PERSGA’s financial and administrative records and prepare fair and true audit reports.
- Perform any other duty as requested by the Secretary General;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
