**Function/ Purpose**:

- Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all time.
- Provide continual evaluation of the group's processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
- Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution to include training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
- Receive daily service calls and work orders. Assign tasks to appropriate personnel. Verify completion of jobs.
- Distribute workload evenly and efficiently among employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the work of shop personnel. Assist in performance reviews.
- Schedule employee work hours and time off the job. Ensure that adequate human resources are available always.
- Assist management with administrative duties. Complete requisitions for needed supplies and equipment.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Develop priorities and communicate support functions while taking an active role in problem resolution as required.
- Coordinate with all shop departments to ensure proper inventory levels - maintain
- Regularly update work order due dates based on fluctuations in in-house capacity and the delivery schedules from vendors.
- K eep manager aware about applicable changes that would affect the lead time of the part so that the system can be kept up to date.
