Role Purpose
We are currently looking for a Document Controller for our P&DS team based in Riyadh, KSA.

What this job involves
Lead and manage the document control processes across multiple projects on the programme.
Assist with the establishing, implementation and maintenance of the document control processes and procedures for the project.
Utilising the Employer’s established Electronic Document Management System (ACONEX).
Develop the system to become an accessible project library of technical documents, standards, baseline documents, industry codes and standards, studies, and other general information.
Review Client and project procedures and ensuring the document control processes are aligned with the same.
Develop procedures that ensure the Contractor and all other Consultants use the document control system when sending and receiving any correspondence related to the Project.
Develop procedures that identify who on the Consultant team has the authority and accountability for approving baseline documentation.

Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.
Extensive experience in managing document systems for large construction projects.
Experience in managing document transmittals through Aconex.
Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
