**Job Description**:
Our client: A renowned Food & Beverages Company across the region is looking for Corporate Services Manager. The role involves managing various aspects, including accommodation, tickets, insurance, utilities, hospitalities, and security, to ensure efficient and smooth operations and provide a conducive working environment for employees.

Your role: Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and processes to support organizational operations. Manage and coordinate office facilities, including space allocation, furniture, and equipment procurement. Oversee travel arrangements, including accommodation, tickets, visa processing, and transportation for employees and visitors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Develop and implement strategies to optimize services and facilities, meeting the needs of employees and stakeholders. Coordinate and manage facilities maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a well-functioning workplace. Oversee the provision of utilities, including electricity, water, and telecommunications, and address any related issues. Manage hospitality services, including catering, housekeeping, and events management, to provide a pleasant and professional environment. Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement emergency response plans and security measures. Ensure the availability and effectiveness of insurance coverage for employees and company assets.

Must haves: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate services or facilities management roles. Strong knowledge of administrative processes, services management, and facility maintenance. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and security protocols. Excellent organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple functions and projects. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
