Objectives of this Role

Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth

Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements

Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment

Select & work with the best SDLC model for different digital solutions required from the internal customer. Adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities

Functional Responsibilities

**Custom Development**: Design, develop and maintain both new and existing code, ranging from client-side development using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, to server-side code using C# and.NET, Web API, Windows services, and ADO.NET for data persistence and retrieval.

Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture for the related scope.

Assist software personnel in handling project-related work and other requirements

Create and test software prototypes

Develop client displays and user interfaces.

Revise, update, refactor and debug code

Coordinate with other software professionals and developers

Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

**Solution Documentation**:
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Produce high-quality technical documents on all developments and customizations within the defined deadlines to ensure documentation standards and templates are followed for knowledge transfer across the team

**Post-go-live support**:
**Coaching and Mentoring**:
Provide the necessary technical guidance and support for junior consultants to ensure the team is able to produce high-quality technical solutions with a very low defect rate while meeting deadlines.

- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.

- Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions

Health, Safety, and Environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls with an undefined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering

1 - 3 years of experience building end-to-end digital solutions.

**Front-end technology**: Excellent expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery, and LESS

**Development languages**: Knowledge of server-side programming languages including C# with.Net (very good level is required).

**Database and cache**: Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish

**Azure**: Very good experience in setting and using different Azure services (CI/CD, App services, Azure AD.. etc)

Excellent knowledge of using Github & Azure DevOps with all sub-functions.

**Integrations with other systems**: Experience designing and integrating APIs and web services.

**Very good design ability**: Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design

Excellent writing and communication skills (Arabic & English)

Excellent IT project management skills.

Very good knowledge in JIRA and its administration.
