**Job Summary**
The secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure
that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
He/She is responsible to performs administrative duties supporting the needs of internal and external
customers.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

1 Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
2 Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
3 Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
4 Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
5 Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
6 Independently produces correspondence and reports using appropriate software and tools.
7 Perform other related duties as required

**Education**:
Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration
