Our newest opportunity is for a talented
** Senior Commissioning Engineer/ Independent Commisioning Agent (ICA) **to join our award-winning team based in
**Riyadh**
**, Saudi Arabia**. This position is responsible for managing the commisisoning activities of various building and infrastructure projects throughout Design, Construction and Operation phases. The ICA will serve as the lead commisisoning authority and lead or perform commissioning tasks and responsibilities as outlined in CIBSE Commissioning Manuals & ASHRAE Commissioning Guideline.

**Responsibilities**:
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Ability to handle several projects and manage the expectations of the client.
- A Commissioning certification from the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE BCxP) or the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) Commissioning Group (ACG) or the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
- LEED Accredited Professional certification is preferred
- Estidama PBRS and PCRS Professional Certification is preferred
- Commissioning experience on new and existing building retrofits and in all stages of the project, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Tender, Construction, Close-out, Warranty and Operational stages.
- Extensive experience in the testing, balancing, Commissioning, operation and troubleshooting of Heating, Ventilating, and Air conditioning (HVAC) systems, Energy management and building control systems, Plumbing and drainage systems, Fire protection and alarm systems, etc,
- Experience with other building systems such as Power, Information Technology (IT), Fire Alarm/Life-Safety, Security Systems, Energy Meters/Sub-Meters, or other Electrical/ Low-voltage Systems.
- Experience with infrastructure systems such as; street lighting, power distribution, storm water network, irrigation network, district cooling network and potable water supply.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 10 years work experience as the Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA)/ Commisioning Authority (CxA) on numerous LEED or other Green Building projects partnered with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
