The Role:
A flexible and dynamic problem solver with exceptional leadership abilities who can empower staff to deliver superior service and ensure an outstanding experience for visitors.
Capable operator with experience in large scale events, hotels, entertainment, or leisure venues. Excels in customer service, commercially minded with a strong understanding of how to manage people. Energetic and enthusiastic, leads from the front and develops strong bonds across the departmental teams.
3-4 years’ operational experience handling complex operations or logistics.
Fluent in Arabic and English, any other languages are a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reports to the Park Manager.
- Assists the General Manager in carrying out their duties. Aids the planning, development and execution of various company programs and initiatives.
- Able to lead all daily park operations to guarantee that visitors enjoy an outstanding experience.
- Responsible for overseeing all park services, such as guest relations, ticketing, cleaning, maintenance, revenue management, expense management and team building.
- This position requires a flexible and dynamic problem solver with exceptional leadership abilities who can empower staff to give superior customer service to park visitors.
- Produces reporting on sales, visitor numbers, inventory and cash reconciliation and staff attendance.
- Monitor, track, and reward staff based on incentive programs designed to meet a variety of department and park goals.
- Conduct site audits, keeping up-to-date with safety checks and spot checks on cleanliness, experience delivery and safety for both staff and guests.
- Cash handling, reconciliation, banking and POS management as required.
- Deliver one to one and one to group training sessions.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and lead employee development.
- Inventory management including stock counts and ordering, invoices and issue resolution.
- Inspire your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall park goals, as well as strategies for achieving them.
- Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services.
- Work hand in hand with the HS HQ Marketing team to ensure sales and marketing strategy/efforts drive revenue that meets the established goals.
- Establish the park's reputation for quality by inspecting experience rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeep.
- Cover park operations whenever the Park General Manager is off-site, they must be capable of performing all duties in their absence.
- Act as on shift Duty Manager when required to oversee park operations.
- Acts as crisis management including guests’ and staff Medical/Emergency situations.
- Perform and complete these, or any other, duties as assigned by the Park Manager, and stipulated in the goals and objectives.
