This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia under Diabetes Business Unit department and reporting directly to the Senior Director Diabetes Business Unit.

**The Position**

The purpose of this role is to lead Insulin marketing team to drive, develop and implement the Marketing Strategy, strengthen our local initiatives, and set strategic directions for the brands/projects. lead brand development through the organizational resources and product marketing processes within the product portfolio. Follow-up on launches, marketing programs, and sales execution with internal stakeholders to achieve short
- and long-term business objectives.

Main Accountabilities:

- Maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders
- Managing the strategic development of the market and products portfolio direction and forecast
- Forecasting product volumes and revenues with support from Business Information and Finance
- Develop, implement, and monitor both, the annual and long-term brand strategy for the brand(s) under responsibility (Translate global strategies into local brand priorities/Focus areas/objectives/actions and tactics)
- Ensure the launch plan is in place and develop the product campaign including advertising and sales force promotional materials

**The Qualification**

As a Group Product Manager, you need to be good at prioritizing, have a solid analytical mindset, be detail-oriented with strong follow-up capacity, and be good at building and maintaining constructive relations with your colleagues and stakeholders across all levels and functions in the organization. Also, you will provide the affiliate management with product and marketing updates and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insights.

**Requirements**:

- Medical Degree is a must; Postgraduate certificates is a plus
- Deep knowledge of the current pharmaceutical and/or diabetes market situation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and product management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in oral and written English is a must
- People Management or Leadership experience is a plus
- Strong business partnering mindset and approach
