**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding activities for repair of Gas Turbine parts according to WPS.
- Perform repair activities on Gas Turbine parts according to work instructions
- Ability to load Assemblies on the Cart's
- Should be able to fill & sign incoming inspection sheet
- Should be able to perform Glass Bead for Endcovers
- Should be able to stake bolts
- Should be able to perform CRC (Contact Cleaner)
- / Cleaning FN (fuel nozzle) finale assembly
- Should be able to pack and box the finale assembly.
- Ability to Engrave new Job / Part number
- Should be able to perform masking operation's
- Ability to engrave job /part number as require
- Ability to record Part no's using right QC sheet.
- Ability to Perform FN (fuel nozzle) complete Disassembly operation
- Ability to Clean and visually Inspect all the parts
- Ability to inspect End cover and record findings on QC sheet
- Swagelok Certified - Tube training
- Perform Endcover incoming Leak test
- Should be able to re-assembly all FN (fuel nozzle) parts.
- Should be able to perform & fill Cartridges inspection report.
- Ability to perform FDV (fuel distribution valve) pressure test at 300Psi
- Should be able to disassemble FDV (fuel distribution valve)
- Ability to perform individual pressure test for 7F gas tips
- Should be able to replace Damage Helicoids

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum of two years repair/manufacturing experience with large scale assembly of mechanical components.
- Minimum 1 year experience in welding of Stainless steels, Nickel base alloys, Cobalt base alloys using TIG welding
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient with reading/interpreting technical drawings

**Desired Characteristics**
- Work closely with or without Supervisors.
- Ability to read and communicate in English.
- Employee is preferred to have a “Fully Satisfactory” or better rating on most recent appraisal
