InnovationTeam is a leading technology company that prides itself on delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Scrum Master - Project Coordinator to join our team.

As a Scrum Master - Project Coordinator at InnovationTeam, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects using Agile methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to coordinate and facilitate project activities and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a facilitator and enabler for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate project activities and dependencies across teams, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Identify and resolve any obstacles or impediments that may affect team productivity or project progress.
- Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Support and assist in the development and maintenance of Agile project management tools and processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Must hold any of the certification, PMP or Scrum Master
