Hc Generalist

**Job Purpose**:A Human Capital (HC) Generalist is a professional who oversees the human resources responsibilities and activities of an organization. They manage employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development. He will be the access point for Human Capital.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Employee onboard and offboarding arrangements
- Attendance and leave management
- Disciplinary Procedure and grievance
- Prepare & Verify the following Letters & Reports
- Inter-Office Announcements
- Medical insurance operations
- Recruitment activities
- Training and succession planning activities
- Preparing for engagement events and employees activities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Guides the escalation and resolution of HR questions, issues and requests to the appropriate channels
- Good Communication skills in Arabic & English
- Good experience of working of MS Office
- Skills related to interpersonal communication: listening, speaking and writing.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment.
- Attention to detail.
