Nine66 is seeking a talented and results-driven Mid-Level Digital Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire a large user base for our digital platform, while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. Your expertise in product marketing, platform marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and various digital advertising channels will be key in driving growth and engaging our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign performance, user acquisition, and growth metrics to inform decision-making.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire a substantial user base for our digital platform, focusing on cost-effective methods.
- Conduct product marketing and platform marketing activities to increase awareness, generate interest, and drive adoption of our digital platform.
- Utilize content marketing techniques to create and distribute valuable and engaging content across various channels, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and social media.
- Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to our digital platform.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates and maximize user acquisition.
- Utilize creativity and data-driven insights to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that effectively engage and convert them.
- Conduct experiments and A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing and marketing various events created for the digital platform to attract new users and promote engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and influence positive contributions across all channels.
- Deliver clear quarterly plans outlining customer-focused objectives and the strategies to achieve them.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, events with a strong focus on the drastically growing customer base.
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Growth Specialist, or similar roles, with a focus on user acquisition and conversion optimization.
- Solid understanding of product marketing, platform marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising channels.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conversion rates.
- Demonstrated creativity and a track record of devising effective digital campaigns that engage and convert target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to drive growth strategies and decision-making.
- Experience in conducting experiments and A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Previous experience in the gaming or technology industry is a plus.
