**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GSE equipment.
Inspect, test, and operate GSES to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation
Diagnose mechanical and electronic malfunctions using visual and auditory senses. test equipment and technical publications
Remove, disassemble, and repay. cleans. treat for corrosion, assemble, and re-install GSE accessories and components.
Stencil and marks GSE.
Service equipment with fuel, oil, coolant, water, hydraulic fluid, and air Operates, and cleanse, Inspects, and services GSE towing vehicles, and maintains vehicle maintenance forms.
Provide dispatch service for GSE, including positioning equipment to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations.
Diagnoses malfunctions and repairs GSE.
Advise and perfect, troubleshooting on GSE before assigning repair action.
Inspect and approves completed maintenance actions
Prepare GSE for storage and mobility deployment
Solve repair problems by studying drawings. wiring diagrams and schematics, and technical publications.
Use an automated maintenance system to monitor maintenance trends. analyze equipment requirements, maintain equipment records, and document maintenance actions.
Analyze and repair ground supped equipment using conventional and digital multimeters, and voltmeters. ohmmeters, frequency counters, circuit card testers. transistor testers, and hand tools. Maintains external fuel and grounding systems.
Store, handle, use, and dispose of hazardous material and waste according to environmental standards.
Responsible to ensure GSE maintenance/defect repair is properly carried out
Ensure all maintenance-related tasks of ASL are prioritized and executed in accordance with maintenance requirements/master plan.
Ensure maintenance/repairs are in accordance with procedures and For manufacturer's recommendations to ensure ratable/optimum serviceability of GSE vehicles at all limos, (GSE serviceability KPI at 90%)
Report any deviation to the Supervisor/ Manager GSE for further action.
Inspect all GSE vehicles that are under maintenance, identify potential failures and highlight the same to GSE supervisor FCC rectifying the same.
Carry out daily checks of the GSE and record the engine hours based on the daily readings.
Inspect GSE vehicles as per the daily maintenance check sheet, identify potential hazards and highlight the same to GSE manager for Immediate and corrective actions.
Carry out mandatory safety checks of equipment and share the findings with GSE supervisor/ manager.
Record findings correctly after completing the repairs in Use work orders.
Organize inspection with the GSE supervisor prior to the release of equipment to ensure that the lob a done correctly and completely.
Keep updated of maintenance records.
Practice safely at work by blowing all applicable procedures. using correct tools, wearing appropriate PPE and leading others to practice safely No personnel redry to self or cause injury to others or damage to equipment due to violation of procedures.

**Required Qualification & Experience**:
Minimum Diploma /Degree or equivalent in Mechanical.
Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance and repair roles in a medium size maintenance and repair (MRO) organization

Support in other tasks, as a workshops helper, if required

Proficiency in the English Language (both written & Spoken)
Strong ability to work with the Team and under stress.
Knowledge of, principles of electricity, electronics, general mechanics, heating, refrigeration, pneumatics, hydraulics, plc's.
Knowledge uses automated maintenance systems and continuous info data update
Wiring diagrams and schematics.
Attention to detail and initiative and commitment to achieve.
Problem-solving & Decision making.
Ability to use the computer (MS Excel/Word, Maximo Software).
Ability to create reports.
Knowledge of Safety.
Ability to work Day/night (shift roster).
Knowledge of materials/automobile spares.
Must hold a valid Saudi driver's license.
