- Implements inspection activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan and Inspection /
- Test Procedures for inspection.
- Maintains a record of job specification and/or acceptance criteria of the items they cover for inspection.
- Check and ensure that the measuring test instruments being used during test and inspection operations are properly calibrated with valid certificates and stickers.
- Material receiving inspections against the P.O, Delivery Note, IFC drawings and MTCs.
- Maintains approved QC Checklist forms to be used during inspection.
- Ensures that all aspects of quality control in relation to contract documents are identified andobserved.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures.
- Preparing surveillance reports for all types communication activities at site inspection for the cable Installation includes trench and tray Installation, preparation punch list for vendor package items/skid.
- Inspection covered includes the proper installation, wiring, termination, insulation test, functional test, calibration test of all various communication equipment and devices.
- As well as able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of equipment installations, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location classification.
- Direct work experience and demonstrated thorough knowledge of engineering codes and standards.Issue Non‐Conformance Report (NCR) to items not found acceptable and submit to QC
- Supervisor E&I for appropriate disposition.Prepares Punch List during the final stage of mechanical completion and submit to concern
- Production Units for corrective actions.Guiding production skilled workers for dimensional accuracy and work / product quality.
- Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to Project Quality.
- Actively involved in installation, testing and commissioning of Antenna System, Fiber optic and copper cable in the Project.
- Implementing Engineering design package and Scope of Work SOW/Technical Specifications
- in the field of telecommunications Multi-systems for both OSP/ISP/, CCTV, Transmission
- System, Data/SCS, Fiber Optic System and Antenna System.
