With an exciting, diverse portfolio of clients across the Middle East, we are looking for a strong Arabic copywriter to join our talented Creative team and drive the overall quality of our Arabic copy. You will work closely with our Senior Creatives and Art Directors to develop smart and coherent copy for brand campaigns and social content.

We’re not looking for someone who simply transcribes, this person will be responsible for creating original, engaging Arabic copy for a variety of brands and marketing channels, including Government, Corporate, and Consumer clients. You’ll work both independently, as well as collaboratively with English copywriters to co-create copy that works in both languages

Reporting to the Head of Copy, you will play a senior role in Incubeta’s growing Creative team and will be responsible for managing Junior Arabic copywriters to ensure quality output. You’ll edit and review their work, offering guidance and support to help achieve copy that is on-brand and on-brief.

We work with clients across the GCC, but have two large clients based in Saudi, as such we need copywriters proficient with both formal and in-formal Saudi dialects.

As a senior role, you will also be responsible for Junior Arabic Copywriters, ensuring the quality of their work and professional development. As we work with clients across the region, some of these team members will be remote workers, so it is important to maintain good communication and have oversight of their work and output.

**Responsibilities**
- Researching relevant industry topics to identify new content
- Creating original content, that is regionally relevant to our clients
- Supporting with ideation for campaigns and new business
- Editing and fact-checking content created by Junior Copywriters
- Collaborating with Art Directors and Designers to develop visuals
- Interviewing clients and experts to generate creative ideas.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism
- Previous experience in a copywriting position
- Experience using Content Management Systems
- A portfolio of published content
- Exceptional Arabic writing and editing abilities
- Good time management skills
- Ability to conduct keyword research

**KPIs**
- Support and oversee social captions for monthly content calendars for Arabic-led accounts
- Partner with the Art director to lead on brainstorms and conceptualization once a week
- Develop a consistent and clear tone of voice for each of our Arabic-led clients
- Ensure work is devoid of errors, mistakes, and/or inconsistencies. Limit amends to 3-rounds
- Help win one piece of creative work per month as part of pitches or proactive work
- Help grow and improve the content writing of Junior copywriters
